I. Overview

3. Main technical features
1) Zero-crossing
The basic working principle of the composite switch is to achieve voltage zero-crossing and current zero-crossing.
2) Low power consumption
Since the magnetic holding relay is used, the control device consumes power only at the moment of switching, and since the contact resistance of the magnetic holding relay is small, it does not generate heat.
No need to add heat sinks or fans to reduce losses. It does not cause harm to other electrical systems running on the same machine, and truly achieves the goal of energy saving.
3) Using single-chip microcomputer to control switching, and intelligently monitor the relay and input power and load operation status, thus providing perfect protection function
Power supply voltage phase loss protection: When the system voltage is supplied, the switch refuses to engage the brake; if there is a phase loss after the closing, it will automatically open the gate.
Automatic judgment of fault protection: The system automatically monitors the running state of the magnetic holding relay. If there is a fault, the switch refuses to close, and the fault is automatically opened after the fault is turned on.
No-load protection: When the load is not connected, the switch refuses to close
Power failure protection: When a sudden power failure occurs after closing, the switch automatically trips and disconnects
4) The input signal is electrically isolated from the capacitor switching switch and has 485 communication control. It can be used with conventional controllers, and it can be matched with our controller (485 communication).

5, matters needing attention
wiring:
1) AC input and output are strictly prohibited
2) DC control mode: the level signal input polarity should be connected correctly.

3) AC control mode: Please confirm the control voltage
4) 485 communication control mode: the data cable is plugged in correctly and in place
5) It must be noted that the switch matches the capacity of the capacitor to be connected.
6) The three-phase sequence of the main circuit A and B.C of the power supply must be connected correctly.
6, the method of operation
Power-on self-test function
1) Automatically detect the state of the capacitor switching switch and automatically return to the normal working state.
2) The power light is always on or flashing, and the composite switch is working normally.
When the A B C lamp is given an external control signal, it will light up accordingly.
The fault light will turn red when the composite switch self-test error
7, installation
The device is installed on the 380V power distribution network for the on/off control of the low voltage reactive compensation capacitor. The user can install in the low-voltage reactive power compensation capacitor cabinet or other suitable position, generally adopting the hanging installation method.
